Swix VP60 Pro Violet/Red Grip Wax is a high-quality wax product designed specifically for challenging skiing conditions. It is ideal for fresh and fine-grained snow conditions at temperatures ranging from +2°C to -1°C, as well as for old, transformed snow between +1°C and -4°C. This wax is particularly effective on wet fresh snow and glistening trails, while it also delivers good results on older, coarser snow. The VP60 Pro Series is known for its special formulation, which contains an innovative additive for maximum water repellency. This not only ensures excellent grip but also improved glide on the trail. The wax was developed to support both racers and ambitious recreational skiers who want to optimize their performance on the trail. For best results, application in thin layers is recommended, and rubbing it in with a synthetic cork (e.g., T20) is essential. This technique not only guarantees optimal grip but also maximizes the wax’s gliding properties. After skiing, the wax can be easily removed with a wax scraper.
