RACE 240 avalanche probe

The RACE 240 avalanche probe, a featherweight with minimal packing dimensions, is designed for ski mountaineering competitions. It meets the requirements of the ISMF and PDG regulations and can be converted into a 2.10 m long probe by removing a segment.

• 2.40 m long probe when fully unfolded, 8 segments of 30 cm length
• Thanks to the compact 30 cm long tube segments, this probe can be easily stored in a backpack
• 10mm diameter
• Ultralight carbon fiber tube
• Ultralight Kevlar tension rope
• The FLASH LOCK locking system uses a quick and effective knot to lock the probe in use.
• probe meets ISMF equipment standards
• Precise markings on the probe indicate the snow depth
